Cancellation Policy
If you can't attend, you may substitute someone else at no extra charge—just let us know the new attendee's name. For cancellations, a €50 fee applies up to two weeks before the event. Cancellations after that date, or no-shows, are non-refundable. All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@gdksoftware.com. Alternatively, you can call us at +31 78 750 1661.

GDK Software reserves the right to adjust the event location if necessary or to cancel the training if the minimum number of participants is not met. In either case, all registered participants will be notified promptly, and any payments made will be refunded.
